PLACING ORDERS

• All products purchased through the Website are intended for your personal and domestic use only and not for commercial resale.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

• All product prices, delivery charges, and fees are listed strictly in Indian Rupees (INR) and represent the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (CGST/SGST or IGST).
  
  
• Payments must be received in full prior to the dispatch of any product. If your payment is declined or fails, we cannot hold items against your order.
  
  

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

• We will use our best endeavors to meet estimated delivery timeframes across India, though exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
  
  
• Deliveries are handled via third-party logistics providers (3PL) across various Indian pin codes. Deliveries require an adult recipient (18 years or older) present at the address to sign for the package. Erroneously communicated addresses are the responsibility of the User and may incur extra shipping fees.
  
  

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

• Return Window: Returns can be requested within seven (7) days from the receipt of the product, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice and tags.
